Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.
Please remember to inform the receptionist of any change in your name, address or telephone number.
If you have suggestions for improving the service offered, or complaints of any sort, the receptionist will be happy to pass on your message.
Hira Zohair is our Practice Manager, responsible for the day to day running of the Practice. She welcomes feedback on the services offered by the Practice and/or suggestions for improvements. If you have any concerns or complaints she will be happy to make an appointment to see you, your relatives and/or carers.
Supporting the Practice manager is Business Continuity Manager, Nanji Asani
